Information we collect and receive
We collect different kinds of information.
Some of it is personally identifiable and some is non-identifying or aggregated. Here are the types of information we collect or receive:
Account and profile information. The only information we require to create your Woozy account is your Facebook account. Your data will be collected from your Facebook account.
Billing information. Credit card information is securely passed to our payment processing partner and is not stored at Woozy. Woozy usage information. This is information about which venue, features, redemptions you interact with within Woozy and what integrations with related services you use.
Information stream from partners or other 3rd parties.Woozy may receive information from partners or others to use to make our own information better or more usable. This might be aggregate level information about which IP addresses go with which areas or it might be more specific information about how well an online marketing or email campaign performed.
Log-in based cookies are linked with your Woozy account and personal information in to ensure aremembrance that you are logged in. Other various cookies are not tied to your Woozy account nonetheless are unique and allow us to fancy up site analytics and customization.
Woozy sets and accesses our own cookies on our private company-owned domains. In addition, we use 3rd parties like Google Analytics for website analytics. You may opt-out of third party cookies on their respective websites. We do not currently recognize or respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track signals as there is no consistent industry standard for compliance.
We use your information for the following:
Making sure our service of Woozy is provided. We use information you provide to authenticate you and deliver content and services to you.
To fulfill he quality of the product better we have to analyzeand improve it, and how users are using it. We have a good amount of data about usage and we intend to use it many different ways to improve our products, this includes research. This policy is not intended to place any limits on what we do with usage data that is aggregated or de-identified so it is no longer tied to any specific users.
We try to keep Woozy secure and to prevent abuse and fraud byInvestigating and preventing bad stuff from happening.
Having a connection with us
Solving the problems and responding to your requests. If you contact us with a problem or question, we will be using your information to haverespond to that request and to come up for a solution addressing your problems.
In-product communicationsvise versa. We may use the information you provide to contact you through Woozy using In-App push notification or other in-product messaging tools as a form of reminders or offers.
Emails as a message system. We may send you or any woozy subscriber, service and administrative emails. We may also contact you to inform you about services problems or changes in our services offers. These messages are considered part of the service and as a guide and manual therefore you may not opt-out of them. More so, we sometimes send emails toWoozy users about new product features or news about Woozy. You can opt-out of these at any time.
3rd Party Partners
Woozy partners with top bars, restaurants, and 3rd party brands to provide you with exclusive promotions and discounts. Here are some ways we may share data with our partners:
Venue Partners. Bars and Restaurant partners will have access to non-personally identifiable data for their venue, including drinks or promotional related records, as well as some general demographic data.
3rd Party Sponsors. 3rd Party Brand Sponsors will have access to non-personally identifiable data as mentioned above, for any Woozy members chooses to participate in a particular promotional campaign for the campaign period. For certain campaigns, Woozy members may be able to opt-in to 3rd Party email list at the member’s discretion as declared by the sponsor’s campaign.
Referral Partners.Woozyand 3rd Party Partners refer new members to sign up for Woozy services. Often, Woozy’s admins are required by these 3rd Party Referral Partners to share back some demographic and contact data collected from the specific members as a referral through their services. Please make sure to have understood the individual requirements for these referrers prior to signing up through a specific referral link or getting invite code. You can always sign up directly through WoozyApp.com or by searching for the Woozy App in the App Store or Google Play Store without any referral code but you would subjected also potential data shared with 3rd Party Referrers.
Woozy is responsible to protect the information you provide to us as part of the dedicated service delivered to you as your own use of the Woozy service from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. When you enter sensitive information (such as sign-in credentials) encrypting the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL)that is what we do. acceptedstandards are generally followed to protect the personal data submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no electronic or email transmission or digital storage mechanism is ever fully secure or error free.
Woozy is not available to anyone under 18. If you learn that a minor child or teenager has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at the email address on the bottom of this page.
We may change this policy from time to time due to updates for the app or venues related agreements, and if we do so we’ll post any changes on this page. If you continue to use Woozy after those changes are in order or effect, you agree to the altered or revised policy. If the changes are material, we may provide more a prominent notice or seek your consent in any way possible including emails, notifications etc…, to the new policy.
